Nearly two-thirds of respondents (64 percent) to an online survey of investors conducted this spring by National Real Estate Investor and Marcus & Millichap plan to to boost the size of their commercial real estate portfolios over the next 12 months. The average increase by total dollars is projected to be 23 percent.
