BUSINESS TAPS INDUSTRY VETERAN ADRIENNE H. BILLS TO NEW SALES MANAGEMENT
POSITION FOR
National Real Estate Investor and
Shopping Center World
Strategically
Realigned Team Will Focus on Integrated Sales and Marketing Efforts Across
Primedia’s Real Estate Publications
New York
– April 11, 2002 – PRIMEDIA’s Financial Services Group announced
today the appointment of Adrienne H. Bills, formerly Associate Publisher of Commercial
Property News, to the position of Northeast sales manager and director of
brand extensions for both National Real Estate Investor and Shopping
Center World. Ms. Bills, who
brings over seven years of experience in the real estate publishing industry to
her new position, will be responsible for implementing integrated sales and
marketing efforts in the Northeast that will further solidify the magazines’
leadership in the real estate category and extend the brands to seminars, custom
publishing and awards programs.
In
addition to the hiring of Ms. Bills, PRIMEDIA Business’ Real Estate Group also
announced the following executive changes:
- Kris Hoefer, who has been
associate publisher of National Real Estate Investor, is now
Southeast sales manager and director of industry associations for both National
Real Estate Investor and Shopping Center World
- Amie Leibovitz, national sales
manager for Shopping Center World, will retain her title and add the
Western territory for the magazine
- Marianne Rivera, Midwest sales
manager for National Real Estate Investor, will retain her Midwest
territory and will also add the Southwest and Western territories for the
magazine
- Keri Stahl, formerly of Commercial Property News, joins as Northeast display representative for both National Real Estate Investor and Shopping Center World

Ms. Bills
joins PRIMEDIA’ Real Estate Group after most recently serving as the associate
publisher of Commercial Property News where she was responsible for
overseeing all sales operations, the hiring of the sales staff, the setting of
the yearly budgets and day-to-day operations of the magazine.
Prior to
that, Ms. Bills held the positions of regional and national sales manager with Commercial
Property News after serving as a regional sales manager with Multi-Housing
News magazine. She began her
career with Sterling/MacFadden Publishing and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA.
