All You Need Is Cash

Gold Diggers and Sugar Daddys joined forces Thursday at New York City’s Taj nightclub to raise money for charity—and make-out! Nothing says “selfless” like paying $5 to sell oneself at a weekday party that starts at 5:30 in the afternoon. Yes, the Fashion Meets Finance after-work mixer appears to have been successful.

According to the New York Post, the respondents were in excess of 500 and reservations were turned down after 12 p.m. Title and company were required with an R.S.V.P. with applicants "encouraged" to post their salary. Sexy!

For those confused about what these mixers are about, here's a quick explanation: Rich, semi-attractive financiers are looking to score with hot chicks who want to go shopping courtesy of your gold card. Seriously.

Gawker is looking for information regarding one Prescott Hahn, a self-described "hedge fund manager" who was photographed with two young vixens at the event. (He looks like he’s about 15 years old.) We love the 'do Hahn, but let's leave the comb over to the real playa: The Donald.

Dealbreaker has posted pictures of several attendees and their occupations, which are, not surprisingly, designers and folks in finance. One of the gentleman listed claims to be a V.P. of compliance at Citi and, despite declining to post his salary, he seemingly had no issue with his picture being all over the web. Um, I'm pretty sure your boss wouldn't be cool with that. Unless, of course, he was there too!
