John Kador compiled our Puzzler again this month for the Endpiece (on the last page of the magazine). A frequent contributor to Registered Rep. (he also writes “The Rep. Index” as well as features), John is the author of over 15 business books. He first came to our attention through his book, ”Charles Schwab: How One Man Beat Wall Street and Reinvented the Brokerage Industry.” His most recent book is, ”Effective Apology: Mending Fences, Building Bridges and Restoring Trust.“ John lives in central Pennsylvania with his wife, Anna Beth Payne, a psychologist. John has two children: Daniel, who works in high-tech in San Francisco; and Rachel, who is looking for a job in publishing after graduating in June from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. John Jay Cabuay created our Ten To Watch illustrations and is a visual artist and educator from NYC. His work has been published in book covers, magazines, advertisements and promotions in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
