AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets, Inc., named Greg Blackwell western division sales manager for the Polaris Financial Services Division.

Fidelity's National Financial unit named Mark Healy executive vice president of the group's newly established self-clearing outsourcing business. Healy was previously chief operating officer of National Financial.

UBS Global Asset Management hired William Weng to its Structured Equities team as head of Active Quantitative Equities. Weng was formerly head of Credit Suisse's Quantitative Equities Group.

First Allied Securities hired Scott Umstead as national sales manager. Umstead was president and CEO of Sweetwater Asset Management, LLC.

Janney Montgomery Scott hired John (Jordie) Maine as senior vice president and director of Equity Capital Markets. Maine joins Janney from Citigroup where he served for 13 years as managing director and head of regional sales.
