What does your CEO's face look like? If he's “baby-faced,” he might be perceived as less competent than a CEO with a more mature appearance. On the other hand, he's probably considered more likeable. That's what Duke University researchers found in their study dubbed, “A Corporate Beauty Contest.” The study found no evidence that firms with more competent-looking CEOs performed better.
