Here's an idea for the struggling junior member of your team. Instead of a bonus this year, try offering him a board game based on markets and Wall Street! For kids ages eight and up, there is quite a selection. Here are just a few: “Stock Market Tycoon, The Stock Market Strategy Game,” by Talicor, and “I'm the Boss!” a game of deal-making and negotiation made by Face2Face. Oh, and there's always “StakXchange” (touted as the “Monopoly” of real estate), where players compete to amass the most wealth by buying and selling commodities.
