Ty Schommer, Lynn Soiseth, James “Vince” O'Reilly, and Scott Ingrim have joined A.G. Edwards in Anchorage, Ala. The team, previously at Morgan Stanley, generates annual production of $1.8 million and manages more than $300 million in assets.

RBC Dain Rauscher has named Tim Jones business development director for the firm's Southern region. Jones will remain the director of the firm's Charlotte, N.C., complex as well as oversee growth initiatives for the Southern region.

Ryan Beck & Co. has named Robert Limmer senior vice president and director of its New York district branches. Limmer was previously with Wachovia Securities.

Andrew Wedeen, Katie Wedeen and Andrew Prisco have joined Wachovia Securities from Merrill Lynch. Andrew and Katie Wedeen manage over $174 million in assets, and Prisco manages about $74 million in client assets.

James Klinger is rejoining A.G. Edwards as vice president and manager of business development for its Gallatin Asset Management subsidiary. During his previous six-year tenure at A.G. Edwards, Klingler worked as associate vice president and compliance counsel.
