Wilkes Thomas Martin III joined Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. as a financial advisor and senior vice president in the firm's Greenville office. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Martin was a corporate client group director and senior investment management consultant with Smith Barney.

Thomas J. Sanzone will join Merrill Lynch as executive vice president and chief administrative officer in the second half of 2008. Sanzone is currently chief information officer of Credit Suisse.

National Planning Holdings, Inc. (NPH) named Erik Feldman vice president of practice management. Feldman will be responsible for developing and implementing advisor support programs for reps.

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, hired Steve Genyk as co-head of Municipal Fixed Income. Genyk joins Janney from the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.

Andrew Kalbaugh is the new chairman and CEO of Associated Financial Group, the holding company that controls Associated Securities Corporation, an LPL Financial b/d affiliate. He remains CEO of LPL affiliate Mutual Service Corp.
