Berg joins Woodbury from Hartford Life Limited in Ireland and the UK, where she served as chief information officer. Prior to that, Berg held technology development roles at Woodbury.
Jeffries and Company hired A. Markman Peters as managing director and head of the firm's Wealth Management Group. Peters joins the company from SunTrust where he was most recently executive vice president and head of Private Wealth Management.
Putnam Investments has hired Walter Donovan as its chief investment officer. Donovan was most recently the president of Fidelity Investments' equity division.
